Noting an ongoing decline in applications to the Fashion Design & Fashion Communication programs, I was tasked with reversing this trend and increasing program applications.

Through improvements in service design and strategic marketing, we were able to curb that downward trend and increase applicants by 35% in the first year after beginning these initiatives.

Streamlining the application process and reframing how we went about recruitment to better appeal to the unmet needs of our applicants led to our ultimate success.
