Kodak 2.0

Kodak is an incredible popular brand name despite the fact that it’s business model proved unsustainable.

While at Parsons The New School of Design, my team and I looked at Kodak and proposed a new business model for the company that would rebrand it as an innovation hub in the photography and image-making space.

We proposed a radical new model through which Kodak could foster the next best ideas and businesses, promoting open innovation in a landscape that could benefit greatly from the design work of diverse stakeholders. Similarly, we sought ways various ways through which to find and develop great ideas, such as the proposedĀ Customer Co-Creation LabĀ – leveraging users and their expertise in investigating what the future of photography could look like.
